What they build
Eight services, one crew. These three are what most people call about.

Driveways
New pours, tear-outs, extensions and curved or circular drives, sloped for summer storms and planned around oak roots.

Pavers
Color, pattern and border chosen with James, then laid tight on a compacted base so the surface stays level.

Patios & pool decks
Paver pool decks, concrete patios and the paving around screened cages, pitched so the rain runs off.
Sidewalks & WalkwaysFront walks, garden paths, stepping slabs, sidewalk panels
Slabs & FoundationsShed slabs, generator and swim spa pads, foundations
Concrete RepairSunken pavers re-laid, lifted slabs replaced, bad jobs fixed
Retaining WallsBlock walls, raised patios and fire pit seat walls
Concrete CurbsCurb sections, driveway approach edges and paver bordersUnder the surface
Sinking pavers and cracked slabs almost always trace back to what went under them. Scroll through a paver install, one layer at a time.
Old concrete, roots and soft soil come out. The ground is shaped so water runs away from the house, the pool and the patio.
Base material goes down and gets compacted. On Tampa’s sandy ground, this is the layer that keeps a surface from settling.
A thin, even bed of sand sets the finished height and carries the slope you can’t see but will notice in the first storm.
Pavers go down in the pattern and colors you chose, cut clean at the edges, with a border course framing the field.
An edge restraint holds the field, joint sand gets swept in and the surface is compacted. Then the crew cleans up and hauls the debris away.
Pouring concrete? The first two steps are the same. Then come the forms, the pour, the finish and control joints, placed where a crack would want to run.

Why people hire James
Street-side work needs a permit and most HOAs want plans first. James helps with both and keeps you posted.
“They designed the driveway, assisted with the permit process, and then completed the project on time and within budget.” Raymond Ade III
Concrete comes by the load. James will tell you when a bigger slab costs the same, or when an old one should go.
“He recommended extending the patio to 14x13 and the price he quoted was the same price.” Andrew Galletti
The crew plans its way in, works around your landscaping and cleans up before leaving.
“He made sure not to damage my lawn with heavy equipment.” Gus King

Google reviews
Real reviews from their Google profile, word for word.
Great work for a great price. James and his crew did a great job adding a concrete slab to my backyard. And he made sure not to damage my lawn with heavy equipment.
James and his team are terrific craftsman. James went above and beyond with paying attention to detail, while staying compliant with city requirements. He was excellent in listening and communicating specifics for our projects, and following through. James and his team truly go above and beyond for their customers. We have trusted James with 3 separate projects, and each one he has delivered.
I was looking to expand an existing 6x8 slab where once stood my greenhouse pre-hurricane. I found World Class Concrete on Google and reached out. James quickly responded and I had an estimate within days. Because of the varying elevations of my backyard/existing slab, James suggested removing the existing slab so there wouldn’t be issues with draining. The cost of the entire job was very reasonable, especially with the last minute change of plans. His crew did an amazing job and I am very grateful for the vision he had to change things up. My little greenhouse slab has become our new grilling space! I would highly recommend!
James and his crew did a great job on my patio. I spoke with james and he was knowledgeable on how to prepare my proposal to my HOA. I was looking for a patio 12x13, James gave me a quote. Than he advised me that there would be a minimum order of yards of cement in order for delivery. He recommended extending the patio to 14x13 and the price he quoted was the same price. My wife and I are totally satisfied with the work done.
We had a great experience working with James and World Class Concrete & Pavers. They were able to help us with a smaller size paver job that needed a quick turnaround at a fair price and did excellent work. I was very appreciative of how they were respectful of the rest of our yard during the installation. We will be recommending them to friends/family for similar work.
I recently used World Class Concrete & Pavers for my home driveway project, and they did a fantastic job! They designed the driveway, assisted with the permit process, and then completed the project on time and within budget. I highly recommend these guys for any concrete needs!

Good to know
Yes. James comes out, measures, talks through the options and gives you a price. There is no charge for the visit.
Concrete is one solid pour with a clean, simple look. Pavers give you color, pattern and borders, and a single sunken spot can be lifted and reset. James can price both so you can compare.
Yes. Work at the street usually needs a city or county permit, and most HOAs want plans before hardscape goes in. James helps with both, and customers mention approvals that came through within days.
Once the permit clears, many driveway jobs wrap up in a few days. One customer had a demolition and replacement done in the three days James quoted. You get a schedule at the estimate.
